This project began as a custom Google Sites website for a colleague who was opening their law office and needed a professional, trustworthy online presence from day one. After completing the website, I refined the structure and design to turn it into a reusable template tailored for lawyers and law-related professionals.
Using the information provided directly by my colleague — along with research into modern legal websites — I created a clean, organized, and approachable layout that communicates credibility while remaining simple to navigate. The final template is mobile-friendly, easy to update, and versatile enough to fit other professionals in the legal field, expanding the value of the original project.
A structured overview of all major sections, with strong CTAs that guide visitors toward learning more or getting in touch.
A dedicated page that explains legal services using simple, accessible language. Includes a highlighted “Contact Now” CTA for conversions.
A multipurpose space that reinforces authority and positions the lawyer as a specialist in their field, containing space for:

A refined, trust-building page designed to humanize the professional and highlight experience, education, values, and approach.
A clean layout displaying essential contact details, including forms, location, and preferred communication channels.
My colleague was opening their law office and needed a website that would help establish credibility from day one. Since the firm was new and didn’t yet have a digital presence, the website had to play a central role in communicating professionalism, explaining services clearly, and making it easy for potential clients to get in touch.
The challenge was to translate the ideas, values, and goals shared in our conversations into a structured, trustworthy online experience. At the same time, many law firm websites tend to feel overwhelming, outdated, or heavy on text, so I needed to ensure the design stayed modern, clear, and easy to navigate.
The project required balancing:
✔ A clean, credible visual identity for a new office
✔ Clear presentation of legal services
✔ Simple, intuitive navigation
✔ Short, direct messaging suitable for someone just starting their practice
✔ A layout focused on guiding users to contact or consultation
Establish credibility for a new law office:
Create a trustworthy digital presence that helps a beginning legal professional present themselves confidently.
Communicate services clearly and efficiently:
Organize legal practice areas in a simple, readable structure that makes it easy for users to understand what the lawyer does.
Design a clean and modern visual experience:
Use refined typography, neutral colors, and balanced spacing to match the expectations of the legal field.
Ensure intuitive navigation and user flow:
Help visitors quickly find essential information — about the lawyer, the services, and contact details.
Create a flexible structure suitable for future reuse:
After completing the initial website, adapt and refine the design to transform it into a reusable, customizable Google Sites template.
Support contact and conversion goals:
Include clear CTAs and a straightforward contact section to help new professionals receive inquiries and build their client base.
To begin, I collected all the information my colleague could provide — areas of practice, target clients, brand tone, and what they wanted the website to communicate. Then, I researched other law firm websites to understand industry patterns, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
My process included:
I organized the content so visitors could quickly understand who the lawyer is, what services are offered, and how to reach the office. Since the firm is just starting, I made the structure lean and focused, avoiding unnecessary pages.
I used a refined, minimal style — clear typography, neutral colors, and balanced spacing — to convey professionalism without feeling cold or generic.
To help future updates, I built modular elements like service sections, contact prompts, and informational blocks. These maintain consistency across pages and keep the user experience simple.
Understanding that many users will look for legal help on mobile, I focused on readable text sizes, touch-friendly buttons, and layouts that adapt seamlessly to any device.
Since the firm is new, the main goal is to generate trust and contact. I ensured all pages naturally guide the user toward reaching out — through clear CTAs, simple forms, and straightforward messaging.
This approach resulted in a clean, modern, and user-friendly website that helps a new legal professional present themselves confidently and professionally online.
